Appeals
Read more information on appeals here.
Mitigating Circumstance
The Mitigating Circumstances procedure only considers unforeseen circumstances that have affected past assessment deadlines.
Therefore, disabilities or long-term medical conditions are not considered in this procedure (unless it has suddenly worsened). For more information, please click here.
Procedural defect
If you are already registered with the DDS and have Individual Needs Assessment Report (INAR) in place you may claim that the marking process didn’t consider the INAR.
Such appeals will normally only be considered for assessments undertaken in the same academic year in which the INAR was issued. For more information, please click here.
