If you have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse, you can seek mental health support from the University’s Counselling Service.
The service offers drop-in sessions that run every weekday between 1pm–2pm, and students can expect a conversation of around 20 minutes. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, they are offered face-to-face in the Student Services office at Holloway campus. On other days they will be offered as an online or telephone appointment.
To attend the drop-in, you can visit student services in person or email studentservices@londonmet.ac.uk.
