Hey, I’m Stef, and I’m currently in my final year of BA in Media and Marketing. Some may know me as a Co-President of Verve TV and mom of a 2-year-old sweetheart. As an international student and parent, I know how difficult it is to enter an unknown world. I am standing for the position of Vice-President of Activities and Opportunities. I believe that my ability to find great opportunities from everywhere where I am makes me a strong candidate. 

I would build a stable environment in our university to ensure all students will find diverse window perspectives. I aim to create a networking area where everyone can find the chance to grow. As a VP, I will support your journey from a Met student to a Successful and Confident Professional who will be ready to STEP into the world. 

My Offer for you 

• Creating internship positions internally in our university and neighbourhood areas and working under the offer of year placements for students in the big companies. 

• Will work collaboratively with the university to support students with childcare needs. 

• Networking events in the university. Also, organising workshops for developing work skills. 

• I will create a Seen and Supportive International Community within the university.
