LESS LONELINESS - MORE FUN

Ever felt lonely? It’s time to make it easier to connect. You can have friends and a relationship and still feel lonely. 

Let’s vote to create more fun and interesting ways to meet others. Let’s see visible spaces used at lunchtimes as well as after uni. 

Badminton, table tennis, quizzes? Let’s get them started and give me your ideas as well.

As president I will host monthly open desks at Aldgate and Holloway so YOU can tell me what  bothers you and needs changing. It’s not just about me. 

LESS RENT AND FARES

As President I will lobby the Housing Secretary, Education secretary and Student Finance England to increase maintenance loans for those renting in addition to lowering student accommodation which seems to be something of a cartel charging over market rates. 

An introduction of at least London wide student accommodation tent reductions or an inquiry into them. 

LESS TRAVEL COSTS

I will lobby the Housing Secretary, Education secretary, Transport for London and London Mayor for free travel for ALL ages to and from campus. 

10 years paid experience as a mental health employment support worker - assisting people from crisis through to employment drive me to help people and have the skills to communicate and ie relationships with all levels of people.
