School Rep Assistants

School Rep Assistants work ten hours a week supporting and empowering Student Reps in one or two schools at London Met. They are Student Reps main point of contact in LMSU and assist in providing training, support, feedback, raising issue, record keeping etc.

Working as a Student Activities Assistant involves supporting students or societies by organizing and planning events and coordinating and socializing with members of different societies. My job is to help in promoting these events and coordinate with other departments on campus to ensure that everything runs smoothly. My team aims to provide students with a well-rounded and engaging extracurricular experience that enhances their experience.

As a Student Communications Assistant, creativity and clarity are vital to my role here at the union, and our dedicated team aims to communicate that to students. I assist in keeping our campus community connected and informed. I create and schedule our social media updates, website content, and marketing materials that you may see throughout our campus to help make sure you're always in the know about all the exciting events and important information.

Our Student Receptionists are the welcoming faces of London Met Students' Union. Their key areas of responsibility include handling inquiries, promoting student activities, offering information, and signposting students to the right services. They're committed to professionalism, ensuring student privacy, and delivering exceptional service. Beyond their core tasks, they adapt to additional duties when needed.
